We are assuming COVID restrictions and Guidelines will still be in place. Please make sure you have read, and abide by, the Code of Conduct June 2021. In particular, DO NOT take part in any form of orienteering

Competitors are advised to bring, and consider carrying, their own water for hydration during and after running. It might be hot!

Public Transport: Buses 384 (every 30 minutes) and 292 (every 20 minutes) from Edgware station (Northern line). There is a bus stop at Scratchwood Open Space and also one at Stirling Corner. Alight at Stirling Corner if you wish to make use of Morrisons facilities before you run. Those who arrive without a car are advised to leave any bags (at your own risk) next to download by the finish. Download will be permanently staffed.
Parking: If arriving by car, you are advised to park at Stirling Corner (Postcode WD6 2RN). Morrisons supermarket has 3 hours free parking and there are toilets and a café inside. Please park in the car park to the right of the store (near the petrol station) to leave the places nearest the front of the store for shoppers. From there, use the traffic-light controlled pedestrian crossing at the West side of Morrisons to cross Barnet Lane and then walk 500 metres (6 minutes) South down the pavement by the A1 to reach the entrance to Scratchwood Open Space.
There is also a car park inside the Open Space but that is heavily used by the public. You can ONLY access the Open Space car park when travelling north up the A1.

If you are doing the Extension, please punch the Extension control (not the normal Finish) at the end of the GLOSS course and then continue onto the Extension course.

Please try to adhere roughly to your selected start block. However, if you arrive early or late, just go to the start and queue up. There will be two start lanes – one for Yellow and one for GLOSS.

SI electronic contactless punching will be used, EXCLUDING Start and Finish controls. Contact punching can also be used.
Hire SI cards have been pre-allocated and will be available for collection by the start.
Download is by the Finish. You will get a splits printout.
