Map and Terrain
The map is 1:10,000, with streets, paths and open areas marked. It will be printed on waterproof paper. There will be a separate clue sheet, also on waterproof paper.

The Course
A 60-minute score course, with control sites worth between 10 and 50 points. Collect as many points as possible in whichever order you like within 60 minutes. Controls starting with 1 are worth 10 points; those starting with 2 are worth 20 points etc. The penalty is 1 point for every 2 seconds late back (so you’ll lose 30 points if you are a minute late).
Equipment
You are advised to bring a torch and compass, as well as a pen to mark your answers.
Hi-viz or light coloured clothing for extra visibility is strongly advised.
We are using electronic timing, so bring your own dibber if you have one.
Fees
LOK/SLOW/DFOK members £3, others £5. Juniors and students £3. Entry fees rise by £2 after Sunday 10th November. £1 SI card hire.
Juniors (16 and under) are not allowed to run street events unless accompanied by an adult.
