Waterlow Park is urban parkland on a steep hillside with views over London and landscaped with ponds, a variety of trees, borders and grassy slopes. The event will visit parts of the park that were not used for last year’s ultrasprint. This race is suitable for beginners.
Event Centre:
Brendan the Navigator pub, 90 Highgate Hill, N19 5NQ. What 3 words: ///dart.points.fever.
Travel: The pub is 600m from Archway (Northern Underground line). Limited parking on residential streets nearby; please park considerately.
Facilities: Toilets, post-race food and drink. The pub is kindly opening their kitchen especially for us between 7 and 9pm, so please make it worth their while.
Entry:
Registration: Between 18:00 and 19:15.
Start Times: Between 18:15 and 19:30. Courses close 20:30.
Your entry fee includes a full colour map printed on waterproof paper, which you can keep as a souvenir after your run, and a printout of your race time and splits at the end of the race.

Electronic timing will be used. SIACs can be used in contactless mode. If you do not have your own SI card, then you can hire one for the event for £1 (SIAC hire £2). A penalty will be charged for hired SI cards that are lost or not returned (£69 for SIAC and
£43 for standard SI cards). Such cards will be blacklisted.
Courses: Long 4.5km, Short 2.5km subject to final planning
Planner: Paul Todd (LOK). The start and finish are across the road from the pub.
Map: 1:2500 2.5m contours. The area used for this event is traffic-free.

Competitors take part in this race at their own risk. Entries and results will be processed by computer, your entry will be taken as agreement to this. The competition is run under the rules and guidelines of, and sanctioned by, British Orienteering.
